No worries!! You will never have to miss a workout again, thanks to Simply Fit! Here are some simple exercises that can be done in the comfort of your own home!

1.  Dips
2.  Squats
3.  Jumping Jacks
4.  Bicycle Crunch

1.  Push Ups
2.  Lunges
3.  Mountain Climbers
4.  Oblique twists

Repeat each set 2x
45 seconds for each move
Break in betweens sets
Stay hydrated!!!!
